Home care, rental turns and listing preparation

Standard residential carpet rooms use the published $129 first-room and $40 additional-room rates. Property managers can request a separate turnover agreement. Realtors can combine eligible cleaning with listing media and receive the $50 one-appointment credit when the plan is confirmed.

Start with carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, eligible fabric upholstery or assessed pet odor treatment. Our standard tile floor service covers ceramic and porcelain. Showers cover tile and grout only; glass and all caulking work are excluded.

$129 for the first room, $40 for each additional room on the same visit, up to 200 sq. ft. per room. Standard stairs are $5 per step. Hallways and small closets are included. Oversized rooms, unusual stairs and specialty conditions need a measured quote.

Carpet cleaning with pet treatment starts at $149 for one affected room up to 200 sq. ft. We assess the affected areas and confirm the total before work. The Property Scientist offers listing photography, walkthrough video, drone still photographs and Matterport tours. Choose media alone or add eligible floor care in one coordinated appointment for the $50 credit. Photography is $195 for 25 edited images of one single-family home up to 2,000 interior sq. ft.; other property types and sizes are quoted.

Capture timing depends on drying, access and conditions. Photo/video delivery normally takes 1–2 business days after capture. Send any earlier deadline for confirmation before booking.
