A careful look before cleaning
Share the furniture type, approximate size, care-label photograph and any spots or odors that concern you. We review whether the fabric and construction are suitable before confirming service. We do not offer leather cleaning or assume that delicate or specialty fabrics can be cleaned safely.
Everyday soil and spills can affect the seat, arms and back differently. We agree on the pieces and areas to be cleaned, discuss any existing wear or discoloration, and explain the likely limitations. A permanent stain or damaged fiber may remain after cleaning.
Published fabric furniture rates
- Standard sofa: $149.
- Standard loveseat: $119.
- Standard chair: $69.
These rates cover eligible standard fabric pieces. Sectionals, oversized furniture, specialty materials and unusual conditions need a quote. A $129 cleaning minimum is checked against the complete cleaning scope; an eligible chair can be added to a larger cleaning visit.
Final scope, coverage and price are confirmed before work. Include every piece in your request so we can assess the visit as a whole.
Prepare your furniture and room
Remove throws, loose belongings and breakables from the furniture and surrounding work area. Tell us about stairs, restricted access and any heavy or fragile pieces nearby. Have the care labels available when possible.
Plan for the furniture to remain out of use while it dries. The material, cleaning method, condition and airflow affect drying; follow the specific guidance provided after the visit. Let us know if you have a deadline for guests, a move or a property showing.
Pet concerns and coordinated home care
Tell us if an odor follows a pet accident, how long it has been present and which parts of the furniture were affected. Targeted treatment for upholstery is assessed and quoted; the carpet pet-treatment room rates do not automatically apply to furniture.

Do you clean leather furniture?
No. This service is for eligible fabric upholstery. Share the care label and photographs so we can check suitability.
How much is a sectional?
Sectionals and oversized pieces are quoted after reviewing size, fabric, condition and access. The standard $149 sofa rate should not be assumed for a sectional.
Can I book only one chair?
A standard eligible chair is $69, but the complete cleaning visit is subject to a $129 cleaning minimum. We confirm the total before the appointment.
Is upholstery pet treatment priced by room?
No. The published carpet treatment rates are per carpet room. Pet concerns on upholstery need their own assessment and quote.
