Find the affected areas
Walk us through the spots and odors you’ve noticed. When we can darken the room, we use a UV inspection light to look for other spots that may need treatment.
Clean and treat
We confirm the scope and price with you, apply targeted treatment to the affected areas, then clean and extract from the carpet. We adjust the method to the carpet and what we find.
Review the result
We walk through the cleaned areas with you, explain any remaining marks or odor concerns, and share drying and aftercare guidance.
A few things to know.
Can every stain or odor come out?
Some stains permanently change the carpet’s color. Urine that reaches inaccessible padding or subfloor may require work beyond cleaning. We’ll discuss what to expect before you approve the treatment.
What if I’m unsure where the odor is coming from?
Show us where you’ve noticed the odor and tell us about any accidents or cleaners you’ve already used. We’ll check the area with you.
What about a sofa or carpeted stairs?
We review eligible fabrics and stairs individually. You can request upholstery cleaning with pet treatment or include stairs in your carpet request.
