How we can help

Your favorite spaces.
Carefully cleaned.

Big cleaning power. Careful decisions. Explore how we treat your floors and furnishings, including the pet-related concerns that need extra attention.

Carpet cleaningLiving rooms, bedrooms, halls & stairs

Embedded soil meets a carefully prepared rinse. After inspection and pretreatment, we use roughly 400 PSI for suitable carpet, with hot water supplied by the powerful truckmount mounted in our cargo van. That controlled pressure helps rinse loosened soil from the pile.

Then the vacuum does the heavy lifting: recovering dirty water and loosened soil through the hose into the van’s recovery tank. We adjust pressure and heat for the carpet, give busy paths and spots attention, and review the finish with you.

Upholstery cleaningSofas, sectionals & favorite chairs

Your sofa and chairs collect everyday soil and body oils in the places you use most. We assess the fabric, construction, care information, and condition before choosing a cleaning method.

Arms, headrests, cushions, and seating areas are reviewed together. The treatment and moisture level are selected for the piece, with realistic expectations and drying guidance explained before service.

Tile & grout floor cleaningKitchen floors, bathrooms & grout lines

The kind of clean that makes you look twice. We work the grout lines to loosen caked-on dirt, apply a powerful cleaning solution chosen for the tile and soil, and give it time to work.

For suitable floor surfaces, a rinse at around 1,000 PSI combines with high heat from the truckmount to flush away the loosened buildup. Vacuum recovery carries the dirty water away. We choose the method for the tile and grout condition; the change in appearance can be dramatic.

Inside the tile & grout clean
  1. InspectCheck the tile, grout, existing coatings, and areas of buildup.
  2. LoosenAgitate the grout lines and let suitable cleaning solution work on the soil.
  3. FlushUse high heat and around 1,000 PSI where the surface and grout allow.
  4. RecoverExtract the dirty water and review the cleaned areas and care guidance.

Heat and pressure are adjusted for the surface. Shower fittings, damaged grout, and natural stone need individual assessment.

Shower tile & grout cleaningShower floors, walls & detailed grout care

Bring back a fresher feel to the shower you use every day. We inspect the floor, walls, grout, and fittings, then choose treatment for the buildup and areas of concern. Grout agitation helps loosen soil before a suitable cleaning solution and heated rinse do their work.

Pressure is selected for the surface and grout, with around 1,000 PSI available where appropriate. We give edges and detailed areas attention and review the finish with you. Damaged grout, coatings, natural stone, and fittings guide the cleaning approach.

Rug cleaningArea rugs, fibers, backing & details

The rug that brings a room together deserves a method suited to how it is made. We review the fibers, dyes, backing, size, and any fringe or areas of concern before recommending cleaning.

Tell us about specialty or delicate rugs when requesting your quote. We confirm suitability and the cleaning arrangements rather than treating every rug like wall-to-wall carpet.

Pet spot & odor treatmentsTargeted care for pet spots & odors

Love your pets. Refresh your home. Pet accidents call for a targeted treatment plan, starting with where the spot or odor is coming from and how far it may have traveled into the material.

We select an appropriate pet treatment for the affected area and combine it with suitable cleaning and recovery. Tell us about old accidents as well as recent ones. If the concern reaches backing, padding, or another layer, we explain the additional work that may be needed before proceeding.

The power behind
a better clean.

We invest in professional truckmounted equipment because the rinse and recovery matter. Our TCS Chief system stays in the cargo van, delivering heat, controlled pressure, and powerful suction through the hoses. Careful preparation and the right treatment put that capability to work for your surfaces.

Heat helps release the soil
High heat works with the cleaning solution to loosen stubborn, oily soil. We set the cleaning temperature for the material being treated.
Pressure gives the rinse its purpose
Controlled pressure helps flush loosened soil from suitable carpet or tile. The setting follows the surface and its condition.
Suction carries the dirt away
Powerful vacuum recovery draws dirty water and loosened soil back to the van. Recovery passes also remove moisture as part of the drying process.

Loosen. Rinse. Recover.

The science is in the sequence. Preparing the soil, choosing the treatment, and recovering the rinse work together to clean suitable carpet.

  1. Inspect and agree

We walk through the areas with you, discuss spots and wear, identify the material, and confirm what is included before work begins.

  2. Loosen what has settled in

We address loose dry soil, apply suitable pretreatment, and work it into soiled areas as needed. Time for the solution to act helps release the soil before rinsing.

  3. Put heat and pressure to work

For suitable carpet, roughly 400 PSI and heated solution rinse the loosened soil. Powerful vacuum recovery draws the dirty water back to our van’s recovery tank.

  4. Finish the details

We check the agreed areas and accessible edges, review any remaining spots or wear, and groom suitable carpet for a neat finish. Those familiar shark-teeth lines are the direction of the pile catching the light.

  5. Explain drying and care

We use recovery passes as needed and explain drying expectations, ventilation, furniture arrangements, and when to use the cleaned areas.

The scope is agreed before cleaning. Drying and stain improvement depend on the material, condition, and environment.
