What your carpet cleaning includes
We review the carpet, traffic areas, spots and access before agreeing on the work. Our published residential carpet service includes pre-vacuuming, pretreatment, deodorizing, cleaning, agreed light furniture moving, hallways and small closets.
Truckmounted equipment supplies the cleaning and recovery system. We loosen soil, rinse and recover moisture, then discuss the drying and aftercare guidance that fits the carpet and conditions. Existing wear, discoloration and permanent stains can remain after cleaning; we assess those concerns with you.
Clear room pricing
- $129 for the first room, up to 200 square feet.
- $40 for each additional room, up to 200 square feet, on the same visit.
- $5 per standard stair step. Special stair layouts are quoted.
- Oversized rooms and walk-in closets need a measured quote.
For example, three standard rooms total $209 before any selected treatments or other services. Hallways and small closets are included. We confirm the final coverage, price and appointment with you.
Getting ready for your visit
Pick up loose items, toys and breakables from the areas to be cleaned. Tell us about stairs, parking, gated access and the distance from the van to the work area. We agree on any light furniture moving in advance; large, fragile or heavily loaded furniture needs a separate plan.
Keep pets and children away from the work area and follow the drying guidance after the visit. Drying time varies with the carpet, treatment, airflow, humidity and weather. Share any deadline for moving furniture back or using the room when you request the appointment.

Is the first-room price the price for every room?
No. The first standard room is $129. Each additional standard room is $40 during the same visit. Each room rate covers up to 200 square feet; oversized rooms need a quote.
Can you remove every stain?
Some marks are permanent stains, dye changes or wear. We inspect the carpet, discuss likely limitations and agree on the work before cleaning.
