For the places people work and visit

Make the right impression.
Keep the workday in mind.

Visitors notice the entrance. Clients sit in the reception area. Employees use the same paths every day. Cleaning should focus on the places that shape the experience of your business.

We turn those priorities into a defined project: the surfaces, areas, cleaning method, and access window. Your team knows which zones are included and how the work is planned around the site.

  • Attention to entrances and high-use routes
  • Service zones shaped around site access
  • A plan for cleaning and returning areas to use

How we can help

The right care.
In the right places.

From a focused refresh to a broader facility project, the work starts with the material and how each area is used.

Commercial carpet & rug careTraffic lanes, offices & meeting areas

Give tracked-in soil a proper exit. We review the carpet and traffic patterns, address loose soil, and pretreat the areas that need attention. For suitable carpet, a controlled rinse at roughly 400 PSI works with heated solution to release the loosened dirt.

Our van-mounted truckmount then recovers the dirty water through powerful vacuum extraction. Carpet settings follow the material and condition; rugs are assessed separately for their construction and dyes. High-use paths, work zones, and return to use are part of the project plan.

Reception & shared seatingReception, conference & shared seating

Give attention to the upholstered seating visitors and staff use throughout the day. We review the number of pieces, fabrics, construction, and soiling, then select care suited to each item.

The work can be coordinated with nearby floor cleaning. Drying and access requirements are included in the planning conversation so the seating can return to use appropriately.

Tile floors, grout & showersEntrances, staff areas & restrooms

Give attention to the buildup that dulls an entrance, staff area, restroom, or shower. We agitate the grout lines to loosen caked-on soil and apply a powerful cleaning solution suited to the surface.

High heat and around 1,000 PSI on suitable tile and grout help flush out the loosened dirt, while recovery removes the dirty water. Pressure and temperature follow the material, coatings, and grout condition. We define the work zones and access so your team can plan around the service.

Ongoing cleaning plansCare frequency shaped by site traffic

Build a cleaning schedule around the site rather than choosing an arbitrary interval. Entrances, busy routes, quieter work areas, and shared furnishings can have different care needs.

We discuss traffic, current upkeep, visible soil, and the access windows available. A recurring proposal identifies the work for each visit and can be reviewed as the facility’s use changes.

Pet spot & odor treatmentsPet-related spots & odor concerns

Pet-related spots and odors in a workplace need a focused assessment. We identify the affected area, assess the material and likely source, and recommend a suitable treatment alongside the cleaning scope.

Your quote sets out the included treatment and realistic expectations. If the concern extends into backing, padding, or another layer, we discuss the further work required rather than assuming a surface clean will resolve it.

Equipment + operating plan

The method matters.
So does the plan around it.

Our cargo van carries the TCS Chief truckmount, with high heat, controlled rinse pressure, and powerful vacuum recovery. The 250°F+ heat reading is at the truckmount; cleaning temperatures are adjusted for the surface. The operating plan brings that capability together with access, service zones, and drying.

  1. Survey the surfaces and traffic

We review the facility layout, carpet and other materials, soil patterns, approximate areas, and the priorities behind your request.

  2. Define zones and access

We agree on included areas, the service window, parking and hose routes, the site contact, and any occupancy restrictions. Drying is part of the schedule.

  3. Loosen, rinse, and recover

We prepare the soil before rinsing: roughly 400 PSI for suitable carpet, or grout agitation, selected chemistry, high heat, and around 1,000 PSI for suitable tiled areas. Vacuum recovery carries the dirty water away. Furnishings receive fabric-specific care.

  4. Review the work and next steps

We review the completed scope with your contact, discuss any remaining concerns and return-to-use guidance, and identify areas to consider for future maintenance.

Helpful answers

Plan with
fewer unknowns.

What a facilities contact needs to know before putting a cleaning project on the calendar.

Can the work fit around our operating hours?

Share your opening hours and available access windows. We review the service and drying requirements, then confirm a schedule that works for the project. Phased areas or work outside busy periods can be discussed as part of the scope.

How do you quote a commercial project?

We consider approximate area, materials, condition, furniture, treatment priorities, access, and scheduling. Photos and floor plans help; a walkthrough may be needed for a larger or more complex site. The proposal identifies the included work and price.

Can you reach our upper floors or secure areas?

Please describe the building layout and restrictions. We check vehicle access, hose routing, reach, and the cleaning method before confirming suitability. A truckmounted system is not automatically a fit for every room or building.

Can we set up recurring care?

Yes, we can discuss a plan based on traffic and the condition of your surfaces. The frequency and areas are defined in the proposal, with high-use zones and quieter spaces considered separately.

What does our team need to arrange?

A site contact, clear access to the agreed areas, approved parking or vehicle access, and any necessary internal coordination. We confirm furniture, ventilation, occupancy, and return-to-use arrangements before service.
